Set Clear Boundaries

Givers need to set limits because takers rarely do

Rachel Wolchin

As a Mum, my boundaries are tested on a daily basis, multiple times a day! I just want my children to be happy is the voice in my head, I want to create a solution for them; I have recently understood by constantly giving in to the demands, I am setting them up to fail later in life, they have relented to being somewhat bullish in their

approach. So, I have fixed the boundaries, according to my values, ones that are not to be crossed, if I say No it means I have thought about it and it means No.  Being married to an emotional bully I was always forced into a corner, being a natural people-pleaser its easy to sway me.  As I grow more confident, it is easier for me not be swayed – I must say its working really well.  I am clear on the current boundaries, only 4 need to be remembered, they are written down on the white board so we can all be reminded.

When it comes to financial boundaries, do we make the same deal?

Have you decided this year to move the boundary further away, to stretch yourself to making more?

Have you drawn a line in the sand to stop under-valuing yourself and start charging more?

Have you decided to reduce the number of hours you work so you can spend more time with your loved ones, or perhaps to allow more
self-care?

Would it be beneficial to start feeling comfortable discussing money?

Are you ready to start valuing yourself while honouring others, so you can make and keep more money?

If you have answered YES to any of these questions, I have complimentary sessions to discuss the benefits of my work https://calendly.com/info-1111/20-minute-decision-...
